REVIEW OF PREVIOUS RESEARCH RELATED TO THE ENERGY CONCEPT TO LIQUEFACTION
Nemat-N. et al. (1979), introduced the energy concept for the analysis of densification and liquefaction of cohesionless soils.
Berill et al. (1985), Law et al. (1990), Figueroa (1990), Figueroa et al (1991, 1994) established relationships between P.W.P development and the dissipated energy during the dynamic motion; and to explore the use of the energy concept, in the evaluation of the liquefaction potential of a soil deposit.
